Across all our divisions, we primarily recruit graduates into two distinct categories: Engineering and Technical, and Business Support. Up to 100 graduate vacancies right across the UK.
Engineering and Technical graduates are commonly drawn from engineering and technical disciplines. We train them in the technical and project management specifics of their chosen disciplines, and offer them early exposure to real-life project challenges that will help them build their experience and decide their career direction.
Business Support graduates are recruited from across a broader range of background disciplines. Here the emphasis is on your potential to contribute to the commercial and business management elements of our operation. Through your development programme, you can expect to work with different teams and acquire a broad understanding of how your division functions as a business, while also gaining specific skills and experience that will help you to set your career path.
