The Level 2 Contact Centre Apprenticeship is designed for anyone working in a contact centre environment, whether they are new to the industry or already have some experience, as well as those with leadership flair looking to progress into management. It covers all areas including call handling (incoming and outbound), IT support, helpdesk and training. There are only two core units, with the rest of the qualification made from optional units, making it very flexible and allowing you to select relevant content that focuses on your everyday tasks.

Units cover areas including call handling (incoming and outbound), IT support, helpdesk and answering queries from email, internet, extranet communications, problem solving and working as a team in a fast-paced environment.
