We are looking for the best and brightest to join our apprenticeship programmes. When you are working for one of the UK’s leading car manufacturers you need to have the drive to succeed, a commitment to your learning journey and a passion for your work.
The minimum entry requirements for any automotive apprenticeship programme are:
GCSE (or equivalent) Grades A – C (New grade 9 – 4) in English, Maths and Science.
Once you have filled in your application form, it will go straight to our specialist recruitment team for review. If you are successful, you will be contacted and may asked to complete initial assessments in literacy and numeracy before attending your interview with a member of our team or your potential new employer.
Competition is fierce for our apprenticeship programmes, so remember to think about how you can stand out from the crowd.
If you are offered an apprenticeship we will provide you with the right technical and life skills that you need to be successful in your job role and your training. You will train in world class facilities with expert trainers and support will be provided throughout your learner journey with your own dedicated mentor and learning advisor.
When you become the best of the best, you will also have the opportunity to compete against other apprentices from other brands in a bid to become the Babcock Automotive Apprentice of the Year. Take a look at our video to find out more about the competition.
