Babcock is committed to doing its part to support gender equality and we are pleased to report that we are making progress and that our gap has reduced compared to last year (2019 data), but there is still a long journey ahead.

We acknowledge the continuing imbalances that exist and the challenges we need to overcome. In our report, we confirm our global targets, which reinforce our commitment to continuing to address such an important issue.
