Babcock International Group is proud to support the UK’s Armed Forces and Reservists.

We’ve signed the Corporate Covenant and are committed to the Total Support Force concept, helping our Armed Forces to deliver flexible solutions around the world.

We’re a major employer of service leavers and reservists through our active recruitment approach and because of this, recently won a Gold Award in the MOD's Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme 2015. The scheme recognises employers who actively support Defence while encouraging other organisations to adopt the same behaviours in their workplace. This year’s awards focused particularly on commitments to employ Reservists, veterans, and forces family members.

Supporting Reserve Forces

Through our Reserve Forces policy, we support our employees who are reservists, including providing paid time off for training.

Many of our staff support the British Armed Forces through a broad range of contract relationships and live this commitment every day.

Employment for Reservists

Every Volunteer Reservist who applies to Babcock is guaranteed an interview or discussion to consider career opportunities within the Group.

While this is not a guarantee of a job, it will allow you to understand what is available to you.

Applying for roles

As a Reservist, you can apply in a number of ways:

  • On our careers page
  • email reservists@babcockinternational.com
  • phone the Reservists Referral Line on 0207 355 5347. Please note that this line has a recorded message, allowing you to leave your contact details. We’ll call you back within two working days.
