Distinctions all round for the Babcock MBA class of 2023

Congratulations to the Babcock Master of Business Administration (MBA) class of 2023 who have all achieved a distinction in their degrees.

Delivered by the University of Strathclyde Glasgow’s Business School in Scotland, the MBA is a three-year part-time leadership development programme which delivers a broad spectrum of business-related topics. The course is tailored to us as a business and provides our senior managers with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

The class was made up of 20 students from varying positions across our sectors and internationally, bringing a breadth of knowledge and creating a dynamic learning experience for all. This also offers an opportunity for participants to build relationships with other senior managers across Babcock.

We’re committed to being an agile, people-centred business, where everyone is included, supported, and empowered to develop their talents. We aim to give employees opportunities to develop their career, learn transferrable skills and earn nationally recognised qualifications.

Our partnership with University of Strathclyde to deliver the MBA programme reflects this commitment, helping us to identify leadership potential from within and develop ambition to progress into more senior roles, helping drive forward the business.
