Experience

Paul joined Babcock in December 2023, bringing with him extensive experience in defence, having started his career in shipbuilding in Barrow-in-Furness with BAE SYSTEMS Submarines and then with VT Shipbuilding. Prior to joining Babcock, Paul was the Group Chief Executive Officer of Draken International, the aviation defence business with operations in the UK, US and other overseas territories. Paul has a degree in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University, a Masters in Corporate Governance and Law from the University of Portsmouth and is a Chartered Governance Professional with the Chartered Governance Institute.
