Minimum notice periods regarding operational changes
69% of our global workforce are covered by collective bargaining agreements and as such have notices periods and provisions for consultation and negotiations aligned to these agreements, for all other employees we would revert to the statutory requirements as minimum.
The relevant notice period and provisions for consultation and negotiation are specified in our collective agreements.
