For organizations with collective bargaining agreements, report whether the notice period and provisions for consultation and negotiation are specified in collective agreements.	69% of our global workforce are covered by collective bargaining agreements and as such have notices periods and provisions for consultation and negotiations aligned to these agreements, for all other employees we would revert to the statutory requirements as minimum.
