Customer Services

Ensuring effective communication at every touch point is key to the provision of good customer service whether dealing face-to-face or by telephone, e-mail or other means of communication.

If you are looking to work in a dedicated customer service role, our apprenticeships will provide you with skills in customer service, communication, team working and the ability to improve your own learning and performance.

Management & Team Leading

Managing people is one of the most important of all skills in business today. Management in businesses and organisations is the function that coordinates the efforts of everyone in the team to accomplish goals and objectives by using available resources efficiently and effectively. Whether you are a new manager, or have been managing a team for some time, effective management includes planning, organising, leading, directing, and encouraging your team, department or business to accomplish their goal.

A Babcock management apprenticeship can provide core management skills, and is a valuable programme for newly appointed managers or those progressing from a supervisory or team leading role. Good managers are essential to the success of any business, so the skills gained on this apprenticeship are transferable and valuable across a range of sectors and job roles.

Babcock team leading qualifications are aimed at employees who work in a supervisory position and wish to improve on their skills and keep abreast of new business practices.

Providing a thorough understanding of their position and responsibilities, employees will learn many aspects of team leading from managing their own resources to encouraging innovation and motivating people within their team.

Completion of this apprenticeship will demonstrate that you have achieved a level of skill and competence in the area of team leading and will support you in your career development, enhancing your skills, your expertise and your performance.
