Experience

Claire was appointed as Babcock’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) in May 2023, and joined the Executive Committee in October 2023. She chairs the Group Information Security Committee. Claire joined Babcock from Arriva, where she held the position of Group CIO. She brings extensive experience gained working at senior level across seven industry sectors in both the UK and internationally: retail financial services, public sector, construction, oil & utilities, retail, professional services and transportation. Claire has an MBA from Bath University, which included a focus on change management.
