How do I apply for a job?
Once you have found the job you are interested in you'll find a link to apply to the job. You will need to read and accept the E-Recruitment Privacy Statement before answering the application questions.
Creation of Account / Candidate Homepage
We're moving to a new online recruitment system. During the transition period we will be running two recruitment systems which mean that you may have two separate candidate accounts.
For some of our roles (graduate and apprentice roles, roles outside the UK and Defence Support Group roles), you'll need to create a candidate homepage. You will receive an e-mail which will ask you to click on a link to activate your candidate homepage.
Once you have completed creating your account you will be sent an email entitled ‘Babcock Candidate Homepage Account Details’. This email will contain a link which you will be invited to click on to activate your account. It is imperative that you activate your account within 7 days of receiving this email. If you fail to do so your log-in will expire and you will need to begin the process again using a different username and email address. If you have not received the Activation Email within a few hours please check your SPAM inbox. If you have not received the Activation Email within 2 days please send an email to email@example.com giving your log-in and password details. Kindly note that if you do not activate your account within the specified time then the 'Forgotten Password’ link will not result in you being sent a new log-in or password. If you do not want to create a Candidate Homepage you can click on the 'Skip Login' button at the bottom of the screen to start your application.
What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
If you've forgotten your password you can click on the link online to register for a new one which will be sent to you via e-mail.

How do I change my registered details?
You will need to log in to your account using your username and password. You can then change your registered details.
In the UK we are unable to employ anyone who does not have the legal right to live and work in the UK. Babcock may consider supporting successful candidates who do not have suitable immigration status which allows them to live and work in the UK to comply with UK immigration requirements.
