Leah Grantham joined Babcock Australasia in 2022 as Head of Stakeholder Engagement and Reputation, before being appointed Chief of Staff in 2024, with strategy also added to her responsibilities. A highly experienced external relations and corporate communications executive, bringing more than two decades of experience, Leah has held senior roles at the University of Adelaide, and as Principal Adviser, Stakeholder Relations at BHP on the Olympic Dam Expansion Project. She has also worked as a senior political adviser at both state and federal levels, having started her career as a journalist. Across all her roles, Leah has been recognised for her strategic mindset, ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and commitment to enhancing organisational performance and influence.
