Our ESG priorities

Our five ESG Priorities provide us with a framework to integrate sustainability into the business and ensure we play our part in minimising risk, reducing our environmental footprint, contributing to our communities and progressing towards a more sustainable business.

These are:

Reducing emissions and setting science-based targets to get to net-zero across our estate, assets and operations by 2040

Integrating environmental sustainability into programme design to minimise waste and optimise resources

Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all our people

Making a positive difference in the communities we’re proud to be a part of and providing high-quality jobs that support local economies

Being a collaborative, trusted partner across the supply chain, helping to tackle common challenges
