Jen is the Interim Chief People Officer at Babcock International Group, bringing over a decade of progressive HR leadership across the organisation. Her previous roles include People Director for Head Office and Corporate, Chief of Staff to the Chief HR Officer, People Director for Aviation, and senior HR positions. She is recognised for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to creating inclusive cultures and holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Strathclyde.
